Drive to you delivery takes me about an hour including packing up the gear in the car, driving to you between Onetangi/Rocky Bay to Church Bay, bringing my gear into your accommodation and setting it up there, and reversing the process at the end. To go to the East End of Waiheke towards Orapiu takes longer.
Things that affect the delivery fee are:
Driving time, time of day of appointments, convenience, accessibilty of driveway/parking to accommodation, stairs. I request to be able to do the massage in the lounge as I feel cramped in a bedroom unless it is spacious and empty of furniture. I cannot work in too cramped a space. Driving past Onetangi towards Orapiu in the lightly inhabited east end of Waiheke the delivery fee will increase. Having to walk on a track to a remote location will increase the fee or just may not be possible, especially in inclement weather. Getting up a 4WD only driveway will likely increase the fee unless you drive your 4WD vehicle up and down to gather up and return my table and gear. Delays at your accommodation such as your business or personal phone calls or delays for you to take a shower holding up the massage start time will either increase the delivery fee or decrease the length of the massages without decreasing the fee. I will be budgeting an exact amount of time for the completion of the transport and the massages. Generally I do not take breaks between massages on a drive-out call.
That said, every attempt will be made to keep the price of the drive-out delivery fee down to between $30 and $40 for most locations.
